Margaret McKenna has been a personal injury attorney since 1983. Ms. McKenna has worked predominately on the defense side, representing insurance companies and their insured, but has also worked on behalf of plaintiffs through the years. Her knowledge of defense work prepares her to vigorously prosecute her clients’ cases, now against those same companies. With experience in motor vehicle liability, premises liability and insurance law, she brings a wealth of information to this firm.
Ms. McKenna graduated from Manhattan College New York with a major in political science and minor in chemical engineering in 1980. She received her Juris Doctorate in 1983 from Seton Hall University. Ms. McKenna clerked in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Visinage, assisting numerous judges in the day to day operation or the Court.
Ms. McKenna has extensive trial experience, especially with juries. She is well respected in the Courts. She endeavors to get the best settlement or jury verdict for each client and works tirelessly to ensure every client is satisfied.
Ms. McKenna sits as an arbitrator in both Essex and Hudson Counties and has been a member of the Essex County Arbitration Committee for years.
